Bill Parry, Director in the London office, was one of the founding members of Equijust when the company was established in 1996. He began his insurance career as an international reinsurance underwriter, before becoming an adjuster in 1992. He currently concentrates on claims in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. He speaks fluent Spanish and has previously worked extensively in Latin America.

Nigel Perkins, who first arrived at Equijust in 1999, is an ACII, an ACILA and holds a law degree, as well as the Legal Practice Certificate for solicitors. Based in London and a director since 2012, he handles claims on an international basis with a focus on Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
Jamie Mackenzie, a graduate of the University of St Andrews, joined the company in 1999 and was appointed as a director in 2012. Based in our London office, he predominantly handles financial institutions, commercial crime, cyber and PI claims in the UK, Middle East, Eastern Europe and the Far East.
Simon Bailey (Director) holds an Honours degree from King’s College London and has 20 years’ experience adjusting financial institutions crime claims, as well as cyber, PI and D&O, mainly in Latin America and the Caribbean but also sub-Saharan Africa. He speaks fluent Spanish and is based in our head office in London.
Roger Kemp – Formerly Claims Director with HSBC, where he managed the group’s global financial crime claims, Roger has been a financial lines and professional risks adjuster since 1999 and joined Equijust in 2016. Particularly experienced in Europe, the Middle East and the Asian Subcontinent, he focuses on complex crime and PI losses.

Anton Kidd is a founding member of Equijust from 1996 having previously been the manager of a major international adjusting company in Bogotá from 1991 to 1996. Anton has a BA in History and is an ACII and an ACILA. He is fluent in Spanish and has dealt with some of the most complex financial institutions claims in the Americas. Anton is the director in charge of Equijust operations in the Americas and the Caribbean.

Daniel McNamara joined the company from a major insurance brokerage firm in Bogotá in June 2003 and holds Bachelor degrees in Economics and Political Science as well as an MBA from the University of Florida. A director since March 2018, he is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and predominantly handles claims in Latin America (including Brazil), but also in the US and the Caribbean. He is a Licensed Property and Casualty Adjuster in the State of Florida.
Johanna Sarmiento joined Equijust on December 2017. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Johanna has vast experience in Administrative and Accounting fields, and brings to Equijust over 10 years of customer service experience.

Laurence Kidd holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, the top-ranked state university in Florida. Since a brief stint with Equijust in 2017/18, Laurence has worked in the hospitality and leisure industry before returning to insurance with Equijust in May 2023. He handles specie and professional and financial lines claims mainly in Latin America from our Miami office and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Carolina Cuellar is a qualified lawyer, international business and counter-fraud specialist with wide experience of financial crime and fraud investigations, asset tracing and multi-jurisdictional litigation. Carolina joined Equijust in 2015 having previously worked for one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in London as well as an adjusting firm. Fluent in English and Spanish, she handles financial crime and professional indemnity losses affecting financial institutions, multinational corporations and other commercial and financial entities as well as D&O assignments throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
